About who I am:
My name is Lauren and I live in Parattville, Alabama. I work for June Ryan at the Total Freedom for Wellness Spa as their Social Media marketing manager and I started this blog to provide current and potential customers with easy-to-understand information about the healing services and amazing products we offer.
My Experience:
I walked into the Spa and was greeted with a very laid-back atmosphere and soft music playing in the background. June took me back to my first stop on the experience: The Vibe. This is an incredible piece of equipment that has countless benefits, including increased blood flow, secretions of serotonin and endorphins (making you happier and boosting your mood instantly), stimulating your muscles and creating hundreds of involuntary muscle contraction, muscle toning, the awakening of nerves throughout your body, and a significant drop in cortisol levels, the hormone that controls your stress levels.
When I stepped onto this machine, I was pleasantly surprised by the sensation circulating throughout my body. The actual piece that you stand on his what vibrates and it sends small vibrations to every end of your extremities. As I made it through my 10 minutes on The Vibe, I tried to hold several different positions to activate and work certain muscles, such as a squat, and it worked my legs better than I could’ve by running or lifting weights in that short amount of time! After trying several different positions, my time ended and I stepped off feeling like I had just finished a great workout!
Ready for the next step, I was let into a massage room by my fantastic therapist Daynette, asked a series of questions about my lifestyle to determine any potential problem areas, and left to prepare for my experience. When she returned, she filled the room with gentle and subtle aromatherapy oils that created the perfect balance of relaxation and invigoration in the atmosphere and along with the quiet music playing in the background, the room achieved the perfect level of zen and comfort.
As Daynette began my massage, she used large, gentle movements and then, with time, worked her way to my trouble areas. I could tell that these areas really needed to be worked on by a professional like herself because they were tight and uncomfortable when she was kneading them out, but after she finished each spot, relief flooded the entire area like never before. I was truly amazed at hoe quickly the chronic pain that I had been experiencing went away!
Finally, I was ready for the sauna. Still in my plush robe, Daynette led me into the sauna area where she explained the whole process in perfect detail. First, the infrared waves would heat my body up as if I was sitting in the warm sunshine. Then, as my interns, temprature rose, I would begin to sweat out all of my toxins, burn upwards of 600 calories, and get a great cardio workout as my heart began to beat faster and faster. Also, she gave me a cup filled with water to drink during my time in the sauna that contained Cell Food, a product that we sell at Total Freedom Wellness Spa. This product is like nothing you’ve ever encountered before. It’s more than a supplement because it contains countless vitamins and minerals that we simply can’t get from daily food consumption. It’s totally amazing and I recommend it 100%.
Once I was set up in the sauna, the temperature began to rise and I felt like I was simply sitting in the warm sun. The sensation made me instantly happier and made my whole body loosen up and relax. As the time went by, I could feel my body becoming warmer and the sweat began to pour. Although the temperatures rose, the air inside the sauna remained breathable and I was able to stay relaxed throughout the whole session. The time honestly flew by and I was out of there in a flash and when I stepped out, I really needed the towel Daynette provided for me!
Overall, I feel like The Ultimate Spa Experience is one of the best and most effective services out there for relieving chronic pain and stress in individuals and I recommend it to anyone looking for a pain free, better quality life.
